• Orphan foals;
• Foals receiving insufficient milk from the dam;

Warning: All foals MUST RECEIVE COLOSTRUM within 4 hours of birth, BEFORE being given milk or water. If your foalhas been orphaned before receiving colostrum, contact your veterinarian immediately.
