Indication:

For regular cleaning of protein and fat residues in the CIP system. It is highly bactericidal and is unaffected by hard water.

Recommended Use:

After milking, draw warm water through the plant to remove residual milk. Continue rinsing until the return of water is not milky. • Add Tankare to the water in the wash trough @ 150g per 40 liters of water. • Maintain wash temperature at 77 – 82oC to ensure proper chlorine release and cleaning to occur. Regulate the size of water trough in order to prevent loss of heat. Run initial return to waste and then re-circulate wash solution for 10 minutes. Run wash solution and rinse with cold water.
