Composition:

1 ml solution contains:

Sulfadimidine sodium                             215.8 mg

(Equal to Sulfadimidine                        200.0 mg)

Trimethoprim                                          40.0 mg

Indications:

Bacterial infection of the respiratory, gastrointestinal and urogenital tract. Secondary bacterial infections after virus infections, especially of the respiratory tract. Wound infections, claw infections, septicemia, coc­cidiosis and coryza in poultry.

Dosage and Use:

General dosage: 1 ml per 10 – 15 kg body weight

Cattle, horse:   30 – 40 ml per animal

Foal:  3 – 5 ml per 50 kg body weight by SC or IM injection

Calf, pig: 3 – 5 ml per 50 kg body weight by subcutaneous, intravenous, intramuscular injection

Small animals, pets: 0.1 – 0.2 ml per kg body weight by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection

Poultry:  0.1 ml per kg body weight by SC or IM injection

Duration of treatment: According to the severity of the diseases for 3 – 5 consecutive at intervals of 24 hours. For intial therapy use the higher dosage.

Withdrawal periods:

Cattle: Meal: 12 days

Pig:Meat: 10 days

Cattle:    Milk:  5 days

Poultry: Meat:   12 days

Packing: 100 ml
