Composition:

Indications:

Cloprostenol, a synthetic prostaglandin related to prostaglandin Fla induces functional and morphological regression of the corpus luteum. Cows: Suboestrus (silent heat or nondetected oestrus), controlled breeding for breeding programs like embryo-transfer, splitting of costful semen, abortion in undesired pregnancies after dismating, pyometra or chronic endometritis, mummified fetus.

Sows: Induction of farrowing and farrowing synchronisation after day 111 of pregnancy (day 0 = 1. day of heat).

Dosage and Use:

By intramuscular or subcutaneous injection (cows) Disinfect injection site prior to injection.

Therapeutic use:             2 ml Synchromate® per animal

Controlled breeding: 2 ml Synchromate® per animal

Abortion:                      1.5 ml Synchromate® (2 ml for cows over 450 kg)

Sows:                           0.7 ml Synchromate® per animal

For therapeutic use and abortion one single injection is sufficient. In breeding programs (cyclus synchronisation) inject twice with an interval of 11 days. Breed on detection of oestrus or breed at 72 to 96 h after injection without oestrus detection.
